Oracle CC&B Project Manager

The candidate will be expected to consult with all levels of a client's business and be comfortable in front of the finance, business, and IT departments, from the analysts to the CIO and CFO levels. The candidate will be involved in the full life cycle of an ERP project starting with the initial design through to the implementation of the supporting technology.

The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in a utilities framework, significant experience of managing and developing technical teams, experience of involvement in major sales (acting as technical advisor/lead in the sales process) and delivery of significant engagements, in a technical lead role. Expected to have core knowledge of installations, upgrades, implementation functions of Oracle Utilities CC&B

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Completed at least one successful Oracle Utilities CC&B implementation project, on time and within budget, within the last three years.
  • Experience integrating third party software and customizations.
  • Demonstrate wide array of capabilities from strategic (thought leadership and selling) to tactical (delivery and problem solving).
  • Strong team lead and management experience.
  • Able to collaborate with clients and offer solutions for business problems.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
